Subscriptions

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the paid billing period unless law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Except where required by law, subscription charges are non-refundable after a billing period begins. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, and a material failure to provide the purchased service. Contact us promptly with the account email and charge date.

No outcome guarantee

SchoHome sells access to planning software. Estimates, AI output, and project documents are planning aids—not contractor bids, engineering, financing approval, or guaranteed construction outcomes.
