What SchoHome Is

SchoHome is a software platform only — not a contractor, engineer, home inspector, real-estate agent, financial advisor, attorney, or licensed specialist of any kind.

Using this platform does not create any professional relationship between you and SchoHome. Nothing produced or provided by this platform is a substitute for qualified professional advice.

SchoHome is operated by David Schoenfelder as a sole proprietor in Sheridan, Wyoming.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your decisions, actions, and interactions on this platform. This platform provides tools and connections only. We do not guarantee outcomes, performance, safety, or results. Always verify information and use licensed professionals where required.

Feature-Specific Notes

Contractor Verification

The "Verified" status shown on contractor profiles means that a SchoHome administrator has reviewed profile information submitted by that contractor. This is not an independent third-party certification.

We do not verify licensure status in real time, conduct background checks, or guarantee contractor performance, safety record, or quality of work.

Always vet contractors independently, regardless of their displayed status on this platform. Confirm license validity with your state or local licensing board before hiring.

User Conduct & Safety

You are solely responsible for your behavior and any interactions with others through this platform, including in-person meetings, financial agreements, or work arrangements that arise from connections made here.

SchoHome does not control, monitor, or guarantee the actions of users, contractors, or other participants. We are not responsible for:

• Misconduct, fraud, or unsafe behavior by any user
• Disputes between users or third parties
• Outcomes of any online or offline interactions made through this platform

You agree to use this platform at your own risk.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from use of this platform — including those between users, contractors, helpers, or third parties — are between the involved parties. SchoHome is not responsible for resolving or participating in such disputes.

No Warranties

This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

Accuracy of Platform Labels

Labels such as "verified" describe only the review stated in these terms. They do not mean guaranteed reliability, guaranteed results, certified systems, or safe outcomes. Please report any label that appears misleading.

Public and Private Saves

When you save user-created content, SchoHome will identify the save as Privateor Public. Private is the default unless you deliberately choose Public.

• Private saves are hidden from other users. You can access them, and authorized SchoHome administrators may access them only to operate, support, secure, moderate, or administer the service.
• Public saves may be displayed to other SchoHome users and visitors in the relevant map, directory, listing, profile, marketplace, or shared artifact.

Choosing Public gives SchoHome the limited permission needed to display and deliver that content through the service. You remain responsible for having the right to share it and for not publishing private, confidential, unsafe, or unlawful information.

Intellectual Property

Except for user-created content, public-domain material, and identified third-party material, SchoHome's original software, source code, site design, user-interface expression, written content, photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, books, documentation, databases, structured content, proprietary workflows, and branded materials are owned by SchoHome / David Schoenfelder and are All Rights Reserved.

Using SchoHome gives you only the limited right to use the platform as offered. It does not grant permission to copy, redistribute, republish, sublicense, sell, host, mirror, scrape for republication, redistribute source code, or create a competing commercial product from proprietary materials. Third-party materials remain subject to their own licenses, and nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow these terms to restrict.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload. You grant only the limited permissions needed for SchoHome to store, process, display, and deliver that content at your direction.

Paid Plans and Cancellation

Paid plans renew at the interval shown during Stripe Checkout until cancelled. You may cancel through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not erase obligations or charges already incurred. See the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Affiliate Links

Some outbound product or house-plan links may earn SchoHome a commission without increasing your price. Commercial relationships do not replace your own comparison and verification. See the Affiliate Disclosure.
